Stephanie Villa is a substantial stone house set in its own grounds outside the village of Simou. It brings together generous indoor and outdoor living, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, several seating areas and a large garden, all in a calm countryside setting between Paphos and Polis.

It suits relaxed family holidays, groups of friends, couples after privacy and longer, slower stays, with room for up to ten guests across four bedrooms and an upstairs living area.

The heart of the villa is a large living and dining area that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Cool tiled floors, soft seating and big windows keep things bright and comfortable, with space for the whole party to eat, relax and spend the evening together.

Four spacious bedrooms are finished in warm, calm tones, each with air conditioning and windows that frame the surrounding hills. Five bathrooms in total mean a busy house never has to wait, with additional WC and outdoor shower facilities where suitable.

Outdoor Experience

Where the days are really spent

A covered terrace runs along the house, with a long table for shaded lunches, a hammock for the afternoon and a barbecue for slow evenings outside. Beyond it, the garden opens out with several places to sit, read or simply watch the light change over the hills.

A private pool and room to roam

The private pool sits at the centre of it all, with sun loungers and open views beyond. Around it, roughly four thousand square metres of garden, lawns, palms, roses and fruit trees, give children space to play and everyone else space to breathe. Optional pool heating can be arranged on request.

Heating & gas

Pool heating and central heating run on gas and may carry an additional cost based on usage. Just let us know and we will arrange it.

Getting around

A car is recommended given the peaceful countryside location, and there is private parking on site.
